I’m Rosalie Radburn, a fully qualified yoga teacher, offering small, friendly and welcoming yoga classes every Tuesday morning and evening at All Saints Community Hall in Didcot.

With a holistic and nurturing approach, my yoga classes cater for everyone from beginners to more seasoned yoga practitioners with plenty of help available.

What is Yoga

Yoga is an ancient practice that connects the body, breath and mind. It uses physical postures (asana) and breathwork (pranayama) to settle and calm, creating balance and harmony within our sometimes hectic and busy 21st Century lives.

My Yoga Classes

I am a teacher of Slow Flow Hatha Yoga where each pose is combined with deep breathing techniques and transitions between poses are slow and seamless. My yoga classes are taught at a gentle, accessible pace so that everyone can benefit from a calm and mindful practice and foster a deeper harmony between mind, body, and spirit.

My Slow Flow Hatha Yoga classes focus on gentle, mindful movements aimed at improving flexibility, strength, and balance and enabling you to let go of physical tension and foster inner tranquility.

There are many variations to our poses and the beauty of yoga is that there are options to suit each person. There is no competition or judgement in yoga and you can work at a level to suit YOU. Beginners are very welcome and you will soon start to reap the benefits of yoga with a little bit of perseverance.

Yoga is fun and interesting to learn and practice together and you may surprise yourself with what you can do!
